Nisekobus SRL, headquartered at P-ța Someș no. 2A, bl. D, ground floor, ap. 91, provides consulting services in financial logistics, optimization of operating costs for commercial transport and business tourism fleets, consumption efficiency reports, leasing solutions, and mobile asset depreciation audits. Services are provided exclusively based on these terms.
The Client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information regarding the fleet and mobile assets. Nisekobus undertakes to respect data confidentiality and to provide services with professional diligence. Any report or audit is provided on a consultative basis and does not constitute a guarantee of future financial results.
Nisekobus cannot be held liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or unrealized profits resulting from the application of recommendations. The total liability of Nisekobus for any claim is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months.
Payment for services is made according to the issued invoice, within 30 days from the date of issuance. No refunds are granted for services already provided. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation can be made 30 days in advance without penalties.
Nisekobus may suspend or terminate access to services in case of non-payment or breach of terms. The Client may withdraw at any time with written notice. After termination, confidentiality and limitation of liability obligations remain in effect.
Nisekobus reserves the right to modify these terms. Any modification will be communicated 30 days in advance via email or on the website. Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
